Hakka noodles
Steps

Take a pan add water and boil the noodles, when noodles are done take it out in sieve and wash with cold water and apply some oil. This make them non sticky.

Now put oil in kadhai, add garlic and saute than add onion and saute.

Than add all vegetables and saute. Don't cook them completely, let them little crunchy.

Now add all the sauces except vinegar. And mix it gently without breaking the noodles.

Now add salt and black pepper powder and mix gently.

Now at the end add vinegar and spring onions and mix it

Serve and enjoy.
