Hi @cook_vamshivutla ! I’m thinking of making this today in the office kitchen (If you are around, you can guide me!). Could you please tell me if you sieve the tea with a colander at the end of the step?

Oh I see! Thank you for clarifying! I like chai, but always using chai tea bag or chai syrup(to mix with milk). So making chai from scratch looks really nice! Will share with you how it goes 🤞
