Chai (also known as tea) is very common in India. Masala chai is a little spicy version of chai.
When I have headache, this is my go-to medicine.

Cooking Instructions

Grind/Crush all the spices (cardamon, cloves, cinnamon sticks and peppercons)

Take a bowl, heat the water till its boiling
- 3
Add the crushed spices, grated ginger and wait till it simmers (or 2 min)
- 4
Add the tea powder, and wait till it simmers (or 2 min)
- 5
Now, add the milk and let it boil (keep an eye as the milk boils very quickly)

After 3-4 min, add 2/3 table spoons of sugar, and boil it for minute
- 7
Take it off the heat, and rest it for a while for all the powder to settle down.

Once it is settled, put it into a cup, and Enjoy!

When I used to make this salad and store in the fridge, I didn't like the salad becoming too dry since the cellophane noodles absorbed too much sauce.I added more soy sauce or vinegar to make it better, but I finally solved this problem by coating the noodles with oil!As a result, I could reduce the amount of flavoring ingredients as well.I recommend making this salad a little spicy by adding drops of ra-yu.If you serve this straight away, rinse the cellophane noodles in cold water. If you plan to eat it later, it's better to mix in the sauce right before you serve as much as possible!Add the sesame oil in the hot water, and drain. Don't add it over the drained noodles directly. Love this roast, so tender and good! I cook mine in my ninja cooker. It makes Alot of gravy. I served it over some steam rice I made in my rice cooker. Although, in my pic I just spooned a little bit of gravy from the pot over mine, but you can put however much you want over yours, because it makes a good bit. I also served this with my Mexican cream cheese corn which is also very good!!! You can also serve this roast on hoagies sandwiches, and dip into a side of the gravy. I do it both ways sometimes.
