#thankyou#mentorship Shimla is my all time favorite and i use to add it in every dish in winter season. It enhances the flavor of everything and when i saw your recipe shimla aloo I immediately made it. Just WOW. I also use tomatoes in bhujiya it gives a good color as well as taste. Thanks 🙏
