this looks delicious @NatalieMarten - Intersting that peanut butter goes in. My granny used to tell me when i was a kid that if you overcooked a curry and burned it you could rescue a burnt dish by simply adding peanut butter...I have no idea how that works but this recipe adding peanut butter to enhance and enrich the flavour makes total sense!! thanks for sharing
