@hirokoliston I will like to make this as 4 serving. So every ingredients will be x4 ?For example 1/2 tablespoon Mirin ( 4 times ) ?

x4 might be too much but you might need that amount. How about making the sauce with all ingredients x4, then you use the sauce as much as you think you need. Leftover can be used for other thing as it lasts long. You can add Chilli, Garlic, OR whatever.
