Hi aunty eiko: i want to make a cooksnap of your recipe, but it only calls for 50 milliliter liquids, and the pictures show a marinade sauce. How do I make that? Thank you!

@HobbyHorseman thank you so much for choosing my recipe.🥰❣️ I made the marinated pork with 50ml soy sauce, sugar and garlic in bag. And when I make the sauce with broth I add 80ml-100ml starch water. Hope you enjoy my Japanese sweet soy pork. 🇯🇵😉😊💕💕💕❣️㊗️㊗️

That makes sense! I always use 2 Tbs water and 1Tbs cornstarch, thank you so much. i will try this right away.
