The cold cooked Pork Joint had a weight of 1KG 500g/ 1500g - the front Packaging of the raw Pork Joint did mention a 2.5KG and so the Roasting reduced the weight of the Pork Joint . An area of the inside of the Packaging revealed that every 500g of the Pork Joint required 30 minutes of cooking time in the oven at Gas Mark 5 and so I guessed that about 3 hours would be long enough
