Could be possible too reduce the onions and gravy for 3 hours with mainly the Casserole Lid on and then add the 750g of raw thin sliced potatoes . Leave the Lid off and bake in the oven at Gas Mark 6 for One hour or until all the potatoes are soft enough too eat

Have learnt through recent TV Cookery Shows that is best too rest thin sliced raw potatoes in Pasteurized Cow Milk and that it is possible too Lasagne layer the raw thin sliced potatoes in the chunky meat Gravy
