Ooh this sounds good! Not had cornbread since I last visited the US in 2018 and the addition of jalapeños is a great idea!

Hi Cindy. I have found both fine and coarse cornmeal. Which did you use in this recipe?

I use Aunt Jemima yellow enriched. It is fine texture.
