Ingredients

1-2 servings
  1. 1 pintbeef broth
  2. 2ribs celery with leaves
  3. 1/2 stickbutter
  4. 1/2 teaspoonground black pepper
  5. 1/2 teaspoongranulated garlic powder
  6. To taste salt
  7. 2 tablespoonsrice vinegar seasoned

    My sinuses have been acting up really bad due to the weather changes. So it was craving these flavors. Then I was not feeling so well last night. So, I took the celery and chopped it into a bunch of little pieces, along with the leaves. Then I took, the half stick of butter and salt and melted it. I sauteed the celery inside the butter so it was a little bit soft. Then I added the rest of the spices.

    After the celery was tender, I added the beef broth, and simmered it along with the vinegar, for about 15 minutes. Serve hot, I hope you enjoy!!!
