Ingredients

  1. 1 kgminute roast (meat)
  2. 20 ozSauvignon blanc (white wine)
  3. 2table spoons of fine cocoa powder (unsweetened)
  4. salt

Cooking Instructions

    First mix the wine and cocoa and cook/simmer for 25-30 mins

  2. 2

    Cool the wine cocoa, and add it to a bag with the meat

  3. 3

    Marinate for 24 hours in fridge

  4. 4

    Put the meat in a pan and salt it

  5. 5

    Bake in the oven (covered) at 450 for 1hr for medium rare
