No one likes the "Good Stuff" any more unless you are in a fine Dinning Restruant and paying $200 per person. Try this simple dish. Try it once and it will become a go to favourite - Amazing for a quick lunch or Starter for a banquete. Honestly just try Fast Simple CHEAP and absolutely delicous. And if you give the children when young they are packed full of highly bioavailable iron, vitamin B12, vitamin A, and folate. ENJOY :P

Steps

Chop the livers into bite size pcs and remove and blood vessels - normally if cleaned by butcher there are any.

Put everything else (apart from Butter or oil) into a medium bowl and mix together. Then mix in the livers. Cover with Clingfilm let stand for about 20-30 mins in fridge

Heat a non stick frying pan with the butter to medium high heat. Fry the livers until cooked in the middle - about 2-3 mins. Serve over warm toast. AMAZING :P ENJOY :P
