In a mixing bowl or glass jar, combine the rolled oats, chia seeds, cinnamon powder, and chopped almonds.

Pour in the milk and add vanilla extract. Stir everything well until evenly mixed.

Add the chopped apple and drizzle honey if you like a little natural sweetness.

Mix once again, cover the jar, and refrigerate overnight (or at least 6 hours).

The next morning, give the oats a quick stir. Top with extra apple slices, chopped almonds, and a pinch of cinnamon before serving.
Tips
I highly recommend using Jewel Farmer Almonds for this recipe. They have a clean, fresh taste and stay incredibly crunchy even after sitting in the milk overnight, which gives the oats the perfect texture!
Storage: Store covered in the refrigerator for up to 2 days. For the best crunch, you can save a few chopped almonds and sprinkle them on top right before serving!
