Delicious! I added some diced cherry tomatoes and cilantro in the middle along with some quartered black cherry tomatoes from the garden. 7 cup container roughly half full.

I usually use the guacamole packet you can buy at Wal-Mart but this sounded delicious and had to make it. I LOVE it! Only substitution is red onion for shallot since my local Wal-Mart didn't have it.

Next time i'll only use half the cilantro because it is a little overwhelming. I used a little extra salt. It tasted ok, but not great. :)
