Looks yummy!But i would sautee my chopped onion just a bit before i add it to the salad and would also put a couple of pinches of onion and garlic powder to the mix.

iv tried the but onions are so overpowering. my guests loved it, but next time scallions would do.

This recipe was excellent! We mixed in cooled brown basmati after the salad had chilled for an hour and it was fantastic! Even better the next day for lunch!

We made this salad with our dinner and found it delicious and refreshing. We tweaked it a little by switching the white onion with red onion, adding a can of kidney bean, and adding diced tomatoe.
