Dr Pepper Ribs

Seems good ... i used pork stake instead of ribs and added a little extra liquid smoke for flavor..... be creative with your meat selections and enjoy... as long as its cooked all the way then theres no wrong way to make it haha

Very good, I let them get real tender then I fried then just a little bit in the pan, before I put the ribs in the oven! Yummy, I also made my own sauce, everyone loved it!!

Came out great! We used western style boneless ribs. They came out so tender and juicy that we could cut them with a fork. Definitely cooking these again. 1 1/2 hours simmering on the stove, 30 minutes in the oven.

I have made them both in a crockpot and in a stockpot on the stove. They were good started on crockpot but far better boiled then simmered on stove.

I tried this recipe the other night. My husband & son who are rib afficionados said these didn't taste any different than normal. I think bbq sauce overrides any flavor the soda adds. I might try this in the crockpot & keep bbq sauce as an optional dip.

I made this with Chicken and the knock off dr. pepper and it was so good. I cut out the liquid smoke and I used an miced Garlic, I believe. Everyone who had some said it was amazing. ~:>

yummy.. only used 1 can of dr pepper as I marinated them in it and smokey bbq sauce. then in the oven for very slow cooking

jennyfera33 @cook_3422361
I only had Coke, so I used that instead and it turned out delicious! :) my whole family loved it.

I used a slow cooker on high or 2 hours, low for 3 hours, before transferring to the oven. Increased the oven temp to 400 and baked for around 20 minutes. Went with A&W. Not only were the ribs great, but the onions were incredible.

GREAT!!!!
I used a crockpot. Cooked on low for 4 hrs, then on high for 2 hrs before moving to the oven. Once again, all I can say is GREAT n easy.
