This soup was amazing. Even my picky five year old loved it. I cooked a whole chicken and shredded it and used the stock from it instead of the canned broth, but everything else was the same.

I'm obsessed with tortilla soup but my husband isn't usually into soups but he really liked this one! I just doubled on the chili powder, cumin and garlic. Thanks for the recipe. :)

Skipped the corn and added fire roasted red yellow and green peppers that I did on the grill with the chicken. Also some chopped carrots. My family loved it! Thanks for sharing the recipe :-)
