Everyone loved it and so good reheated. I added a little milk to keep it moist when I reheated it. :-)

this is not carbonara...carbonara is creamless and its made with egg parmesan and pancetta...this is more like an alfredo sauce....while it maybe a wonderful dish its definitely not carbonara

Great recipe! Olive garden cook here. A too long; didn't read version is the carbonara sauce is essentially alfredo base (some like sauce) with bacon bits cooked in. And to address a previous comment: the carbonara sauce includes bacon bits, however the recipe also calls for pancetta.

Had high hopes for this, but nobody in my family, including myself, ate but a few bites. Probably something others might like, but just made me remember how much I dislike Olive Garden.

Soooo creamy and yummy. Used shrimp instead if chicken. Didn't use as much butter as it called for. And there's bacon in it! A must try for all.

I would def recommend using less than one whole stick of butter.. when I reheated the next day, had to pour out the excess. Otherwise, was a HUGE hit with my family!

amazing!!!! great flavors! I would recommend not mixing the moz cheese with the sauce at the end. drizzle over top after its plated.

I made this for my family as a surprise for my mom when she came home from physical therapy, and it was a home run!Everyone loved it, even my brother the picky eater. I did modify it by keeping the bacon separate and mixed it with the cheese blend that went on top. And I made this with freshly made fettuccine and it made the dish perfect.Great recipe!

hate to break it to you but that's definitely not it. first of all its pancetta not bacon and where are your peppers at? its bucatinni not linguine noodles
