It was great, definitely a keeper!! I made 4 to pass out because I had to much zucchini and everyone liked it. I did however used only 1 cup of Splenda per loaf and it was too sweet, next time I'll use 3/4 of a cup

delious..substituted banana for applesauce. .it was so moist. .just used 1 cup sugar..cannot emphasize moist..

Excellent! The kids love it too. We used strawberry applesauce, so moist & delicious. Ours took 60 minutes ,not 40. :)

First time using applesauce substitute and I really like it. Ended up needing to cook it for 60 minutes in this type of dish. Overall a very yummy recipe :positive
