Exactly how I make chicken parm, but I use panko breadcrumbs for an extra crispy crust. So yummy! And it's a good choice when cooking for a crowd... easy, affordable, and everyone loves it.

Really really good, easy to follow recipe! I made them into chicken strips as requested by my son, and he gave his upmost approval (and he is my honest "sorry mom" critic). I accidentally put the mozzarella (shredded) on first...durrrr. So then topped with spoonfuls of warmed 4 cheese jar spaghetti sauce and then some grated parmesan. Oh! and used half panko and half italian breadcrumbs. Wish i had a picture to share but no chance, no one wanted to wait to eat them!! next time...lol

suggestion- add some romane lettuce and tomato on the bottom of chicken. finish up with olive oil or ranch. theyre to die for!
