Soo full.. Made this 4 dinner & it was excellent.. used ground beef instead of chicken & layered them instead if rolled.. Keeper 4 this cook!

much better with only green sauce. and add a cup of instant rice dry so it soaks up some of the juices. i also add beans and corn and extra chilles. and tomatoes on top

I made enchiladas last night with refried beans for a side and they were delicious.

Ahhh! its dangerously good! I prepared it like a lasagna though. Double the ingredients and bake the tortillas prior to layering.

I just made these tonight but I tweaked the recipe quite a bit.I used green enchilada sauce in place of the red sauce, and the red in place of the green. My family isn't very fond of red enchiladas lol I boiled my chicken and after i shredded the chicken I cooked with a chicken taco seasoning by following the directions on packet but instead of water I used the broth from my chicken. I prepared the filling as directed but I used less red sauce, maybe 1/3 cup vs the half can , and also 1/3 cup green sauce. I left out the chili powder and onion salt, and only used half can of green chilis since my toddler is still sensitive to heat. Before filling the tortillas with mixture I dipped them in the green enchilada sauce and fried a little on each side in a pan with light oil over medium heat.I baked for 20 min then broiled for 5 minutes.I served with a side of mexican red rice and frijoles puercos (mexican bacon beans) .It was a big hit at our house and my toddler are every bite and even asked for more!!!I'll be keeping this recipe and making once again.

My husband and I made these for dinner tonight and they were AMAZING!!!
We excluded the green onions and the green enchilada sauce.
We put block olives and jalapeños on the top after they came out of the oven.
Definitely a keeper!!!

Delicious and very easy! This was a great find. Added some jalapeños for some spice.

Awesome. I added blackbeans, kept everything else the same. It was so good.

bernadette.rogers.33 @cook_3116978

brcphoenix @cook_3139645
Great recipe. I never knew green enchilada sauce could make such a difference. I added black olives on top. Definite keeper.

Really great recipe. I added cumin and garlic powder to the chicken mixture. I used 2 cups of cheddar jack cheese on the top. Served with refried beans and Mexican rice

ccifelli @cook_3170959
The filling was great but the tortillas got mushy which took away from the dish.

As I was making these enchiladas I was sceptical. the sauce was saucy and as I was making them it was messy. but you know what. they came out AMAZING my family loved them. thanks for the recipe. :ohyeaah

The absolute best enchiladas I've ever had in my entire 20 years of living holy jesus thank you so much for this recipie it was perfect. Was craving chicken a cream cheese and was almost feeling out of luck until I found this. I used two chicken breast and cut them into small pieces then I pan cooked them in sriracha. I added more of that on top before I put the sauce and cheese on top. Wow these were so so so good.

jacquie.schmidt.14 @cook_3395557
BEST chicken enchiladas I have tasted, absolutely worth trying!

jadeblueA @cook_3395986
Awesome flavor, I added some black olives on top, too! Used small corn tortillas and they didn't roll well, and I ended up making 18 and still having too much filling. Super yummy though! Can't wait to take leftovers for lunch, my coworkers will be drooling! Lol :hungry

made this for the 3rd time..used ground Turkey instead of shredded chicken. very versatile. recipe!

Jess V @cook_3427274
Incredible! By far better than any restaurant enchiladas dish I've ever had. Instead of chicken I substituted for barbacoa shredded beef. This will become a household staple!

justmemr @cook_3466215
Made this last night. It was good, a little too much sour cream for us. I think next time I will cut back a little on it. It was pretty easy to make. Thank you

Katrenia Porter @cook_3481455
Good flavors. Husband loved it. Will make again, but reduce the cream cheese to only 4 ounces. I also used only verde sauce and no red sauce.
