Skip the orange juice,use water instead (too much sugar).. Perfect! I rotate the greens and fruit and have this every morning.

Great, id like to have a juicer but doing it in a blender keeps some more of the nutrients. The texture isnt perfect but its so good for me n my son we are going to continue drinking this! and its definitely is cheaper than trying to eat well 24/7

OMG I luvd it..I put my own spin on it of course..I used frozen spinach, baby carrotz, frozen mango, and OJ and a spoon full of honey. itz wut I had at the moment..A+ B-)

Using a nutribullet on this is awesome, I have a vita mix as well but the nutribullet is better at breaking up the seeds.

very good, but I substituted Orange juice with cranberry, and only a half cup of mangos. I'm not an Orange juice fan, to much sugar.

My smoothies didn't turn out that beautiful, vibrant green... it was more of a orange-brown color... which made it difficult for us to drink at first! But it definitely tasted great! :)

I tried this. Don't care for flax but, the fruit covered it up nicely!! :positive. gonna try it with a different variety if fruit. I hope it's as good as yours.

Cut and freeze veggies about an hour and a half before you make this then you don't have to have ice in it

my daughter freeze's all her fruit and uses a frozen banana thus eliminating ice cubes her smoothies come out awesome :-)

this was delicious. I only made 1/4 recipe and it was about right for one. I also added fresh pineapple cause I love the flavor. I wish I had the recipe for the cover picture though. is it this one without the berries?
