i do this from time to time i even fry the biscuits whole make fried biscuits for dinner rolls i gave my mom my deep dryer though guess i should get a new one now i am craving these lol

you could use peanut butter chips melted w a lil butter and dip one side...or put in a squeeze bottle and drizzle over the holes.

A small amount of peanut butter can be put into the doughnut holes with a filling injector. A little messy but worth it. :)

to do the peanut butter melt with butter in the microwave or double broiler and drizzle over them. hope that helps.
