A GREAT cornbread. I use buttermilk instead of milk and butter instead of oil, my family loves it. Very thick, moist and almost cakelike. Delicious.

Ehh... tasted flour-ish and bleqh.. maybe something missing perhaps? Otherwise I guess it was OKAY, threw the rest out because it was one and done for me. This is my first time making cornbread, but it just wasn't good, maybe it's just me, but not my kind of cornbread. So here it is.. :-(
