  1. cornbread mix
  2. 1 cupcornmeal
  3. 1 cupall-purpose flour
  4. 2 tbspsugar
  5. 4 tspbaking powder
  6. 1egg
  7. 1 cupmilk or( 1 10-oz can cream of corn
  8. 1/4 cupvegetable oil
  9. 1/4 tspsalt

  1. 1

    mix dry ingredients together. add eggs milk, or cream of corn, and oil. beat just until smooth, approximately 1minute (dont overmix) Pour batter into a greased 8 inch pan or greased muffin pan. Bake at 350°F for 23 to 28 minutes. serve warm w/ butter.

This had to much baking powder in this recipe it needs to be revised
