Not bad. The fish definitely needs more than just salt and pepper as a base. Garlic powder wld be great.

This Parmesan-encrusted tilapia was a very delicious and easy dish. I should admit that I made one small change to this recipe and added, along with the salt and pepper, Old Bay Seasoning - not much but just enough to add another dimension of flavor. I, too, did have trouble getting the panko and Parmesan to stick but found if I just pressed it on with extra pressure and patience, it soon stuck just fine. That worked for me. It was a very tasty and simple dish.

Very good and saved me in a pinch. Had to through a quick dinner together and this came through in the clutch. Very tasty. I made some modifications. Creole seasoning, Italian breadcrumbs over panko, fresh Italian blend of cheeses. Thanks for the quick and simple technique will probably make a ton of modifications to this recipe. You've added a staple to household. ~(o.o)~

Yummy!! Came out great! Added garlic, black pepper to bread crumbs. Dipped in egg 1st. Coated both sides of fish without it burning. :)

great recipe. I added some old bay seasoning for more kick and I cooked on top of the stove in a pan with 3 table spoons of evoo. came out really good! most definitely a keeper:-)

My fiancé and I loved it!!! I had never made it before but tried something a little different than the recipe.I used panko bread crumbs, olive oil, lemon pepper seasoning (just a sprinkle) and a little bit if parsley. It was so good we actually want to have it again in the same week!

Loved the recipe added a thin coat of Hellmans Mayonnaise, continue with the Panco crumbs followed the recipe after my addition (mayo) tender and flaky "AWESOME" THANK YOU FOR ALLOWING ME TO MAKE YOUR FABULOUS FISH DISH :-D
