This recipe is awesome. I had to make a dish for my college spanish class in celebration of Cinco de Mayo and it was a hit! My professor loved it and I even made a veggie one for a girl In my class and she thought it was delicious:) Thanks so much!

I Love these! I make these sometimes with vegeterian meats, Salmon, broccoli, onions, peppers, and sometimes sauteed navy beans (not all together) and to finish it off shredded Mexican blend cheeses!
