
I LOVE to cook and bake...I became vegetarian 3 years ago (only meat I eat is certain fishes) One of my biggest concerns in not eating meat anymore, was that I was not going to be able to have my favorite meals anymore, like burritoes, pasteles, etc. which were all meat based. After I stopped eating meat, I started to do research on chemicals in foods and the effects on our bodies..so I became even more concerned..So I started experimenting in the kitchen in re-creating the same meat dishes I use to eat, without the meat or the chemicals. I became obsessed, started to shed all my weight and I've been told numerous times I looked even younger! Now I don't even miss meat!
