It was good, but the proportion is not right. The egg burn the outside too fast. Once you take a bite it gives you the couple of seconds of burnt egg taste and then the beautiful seasoning. I am going to try baking it next time with bread crumbs.

Tried these tonight. A little bit of work, but family says it's a keeper. fried them in olive oil then placed on cookie sheet to rewarm before serving. May add a little more cheese next time and a bit of garlic. Excellent though.

3 stars because I felt like they didn't taste well-seasoned. however this seems like a recipe that can be altered quite easily in the future.

mmmm looks delicious. I think I will try this recipe with chives instead of parsley.

We were so disappointed by these.. Definitely bland, needed more cheese & no not worth the trouble at all!

Was very good but the eggs were pretty strong would use less eggs in the recipe besides that it's amazing!

pretty good, and simple. I sliced them into wedges so it was fun finger food for the kids

One thing I learned years ago...season, mix ,taste ....if you find your recipe is on the bland side , just add more. Add spices near the end of cooking so he flavors don't ' cook out' too much....Put spices out beside you, then you won't forget to add them ;-)
