This is great hummus! I've made a lot of hummus over the years. This one is light, fresh and for me, just spicy enough. Hummus is so easy to make fresh that the sodium loaded supermarket hummus can and should be easily avoided.

The end result tastes pretty good, but not as good as I expected. It starts out pretty runny too but does thicken up after sitting in the fridge overnight.
