This is an awesome recipe. I prefer the texture of baked than boiled. I went with putting ranch mix as suggested in one review, and quite honestly I don't think it would've had enough flavor without it. We will definitely put in "keepers".

I made mine with a twist and added Corned beef instead of bacon and melted two laughing cow cheese. I also added a tiny bit of sugar. My potato salad taste amazing.
