This is so good! I usually just fry the onions and then the liver on the stove. So messy and greasy. This is tender and very easy. The brown sugar is something that I would never had thought of, I mean who doesn't like a little sugar with their liver?

I used to love fried liver and onions then I tried this recipe and I haven't made fried liver and onions since! This is so yummy and tender! I had a piece of liver left over once and it made an AMAZING sandwich the next day. Thank you Rick!!!!
