Great recipe! I just made changes to increase it.
Added half the same amount cubed sweet potatoes, a leak instead of onion, half a chopped red capsicum, one slice bacon,chopped (fat cut off) and four slices mushrooms. Also made it using half sausages and half chicken mince (because of a fussy daughter). Looked colorful and messy,but tasted good.

Very easy and quick to make. I used pre cooked Jimmy Dean sausages. Also would be really good with a red pepper cubed as well.

My mother would make this for a quick meal and crack a couple of eggs over the top. Quick, easy, warm and yummy. Can use sausage or hot dogs.

I made this an its great but I added green onions, garlic powder, a little cayanne pepper for some heat. It was Awesome!

Good recipe. Very tasty. I myself am a very poor speller but didn't they try to impeach Dan Quail a few years ago for putting an "e" on the end of the word potato? Unless potatoe can be used as an alternate pluralization of potato. If that's the case I sincerely apologize and stand corrected.

I added thyme and garlic salt while cooking potatoes, then added red and yellow peppers along with smoked sausage. Great flavor!
