This is so easy recipe! I used 1/2 cup of margarine and 1/2 cup of coconut oilinstwad pf 1 cup of butter. Great for breakfast!!

Great recipe. Very simple and easy and tasted amazing. I used a little brown sugar and vanilla and it makes the cake perfectly sweet but not overbearing. Also took a little longer to bake. Great overall, I'm getting up to get another piece👍😊 :hungry

@Bopa..i put three eggs instead of four and only 1 cup of sugar. dont forget its gas mark 4 on the top shelf. try again. let me know

I added vanilla and 2 Tablespoons of sour cream. Wonderful texture and taste! We had our pound cake with fresh raspberries. Easy excellent recipe!
