I made a double batch and it was pretty good, but the next day I let it simmer in the pot for a while until the chicken was falling off the bone and it was much better.

This was Fabulous ! I used BL chicken thighs & breasts cut up .Dbld the sauce per other review's Added steamed broccoli & pineapple chunks last 10 min. It does take some time for the sauce to cook down but well worth the wait ! ~(o.o)~

It does sound like it will be really good with Shrimp or Chicken, but I think I will try mine with Shrimp as well over some Jasmine Rice:) Thx for the delicious recipe!

Excellent recipe! We used chicken breasts (with the bone) and boiled them with onion and garlic powder. We tripled the ingredients and also blended tin pineapple into juice instead. Then we put the chicken in the oven with the sauce and let it bake. It was delicious! The whole family loved it. We served it with roasted potatoes (from another recipe on this site) and carrot slices. It's definitely a keeper! :)

I made a double batch of the marinade and added a little onion powder and a clove of minced garlic to it. I used chicken tenderloins and marinated the chicken in half of the marinade for a hour in the refrigerater. Then I grilled the chicken and basted it with the remaning sauce and served it with rice. It was fantastic. :hungry :excited

I make this too. What I do is leave the chicken breast whole while it cooks, shred it when it is done and then add it back to the juice. It soaks into the meat and thickens itself. I serve it over jasmine rice....so good!

I used cubed up chicken brest instead of wing portions. the hubby and most of the kids loved it. one child was undecided lol. I did use a small amount of corn starch to thicken it up just a bit. we will definitely be making this again!! ~(o.o)~
