I made these at my mom's today, she thought I was crazy using so much corn starch, but they turned out really great! well, I used more like melted butter, rather than softened, so they ended up flattening out lol but they still tasted really great! :-[ next time I'll know better ;) and they really do melt in your mouth.

very simple and they turned out amazing. they were baked and eaten within an hour :')

they are good. They taste like short bread but you will go through tons of corn starch really fast
