I made the 20 eggroll recipe with about 1/3 of the Young Guns chopped chile jug, froze the unfried egg rolls, and served them 3 ways:1. Smothered deluxe platter with rice, beans, lettuce, and tomato.2. Barfood-style with ranch dressing and a bud light.3. Chile rellano burrito, wrapped up in a flour tortilla with refried beans and red sauce.I can't believe all the fuss and mistakes I've gone to in the past trying to do rellanos! Everyone likes these so much better, and they're so easy!Picking up a bushel of roasted hatch chiles this weekend, and gonna use a portion to prep 100 of these for the freezer. I'm planning to prep and freeze 1qt bags of pork green chile sauce (Denver-style spicy orange sludge 🥰), so I'm gonna be a combo platter legend!Thanks for the recipe Char!
