I have a silly question about your recipe for Strip steak & asparagus & mushrooms. When you say cook asparagus & mushrooms in a skillet, that's in the oven on *350, right? I usually cook my steak on broil with everything else on top of the stove, I guess when you say skillet, I'm thinking skillets are used on top??
