I have tried this recipe twice now and the candy won't harden can you give me any tips as to how to fix this problem I would appreciate anything that might help please

@cook_2719541 It isn't reaching proper temperature... In my opinion, a microwave is not the right appliance for this. For one thing, microwaves can vary wildly from one model to another, so times may not only vary, but you might end up with candy that won't harden (not hot enough) or it could burn... I use a candy thermometer and do this on the stovetop... It's a little more complicated, but you will have much more consistent results
