How much is in a box of confectioners sugar? I bought a bag and didn't realize it said box. Don't know how much to use.

DO NOT USE LOW FAT CREAM CHEESE!!!! It will melt. Must be made in cool house. I always double the icing. No more than 5-6 cups of powdered sugar or the more sugar will melt it!
