4everatwin @cook_2702861
Used 1pkg of cream cheese and 19 oreos (all I had)...didn't look pretty and didn't taste all that yummy either...going to stick with my usual..oreo's and milk... *-*

86jamielynn @cook_2704721
idk why but the texture of creme cheese grossed me out. even my son didnt luke them. guess i save creme cheese for bagels. fun ro make though.
AllieNS83 @cook_2713843
delicious recipe! I made these at Christmas time and everyone loved them.
CheyaMarie @cook_2772958
Made these for a cookie exchange. They were not as easy as i thought but they were amazing.

Couponcuttermom @cook_2780990
I increased the oreos to 15 since my husband really likes oreos. We loved them. I also used the low fat cream cheese, the extra fat in the oreos made up it and they were good. I did some in dark chocolate.but we liked the white chocolate better.
Darren4327 @cook_2789049
These are great! Ive made them several times and have found they work best with table cream cheese instead of cooking cheese. Its a bit thicker and forms balls more easily. Also if you use chips for the chocolate add a tbs of shortening for every 6oz of chips and they coat a lot more easily. Melt in the microwave on 50% power. Seems to be the easiest way to melt the chocolate
Esse @cook_2808064
These are amazing, but definitly needs more oreos. We used 20 oreos to 1 package of cream cheese. We also used white chocolate chips, that made them perfect. :chef

DaisysMama @cook_2786348
These are awesome! Not only simple, but a hit! Made mine with Oreos with red cream (holiday Oreos). Had some trouble dipping them evenly, but my they're delicious!
Ginger.knockout @cook_2819491
It's okay, only complaint was the cream cheese was a little too strong. More oreas would make it more delightful.

Hajni Lamberti @cook_2824678
got the cookie and cheese mixture right, but could not get melted chock right, should have used baking chocolate instead...was a flop. tried to save the cookie mixture but it was too rich and soft so it went into the bin :'( *-*

JJack @cook_2837018
More chocolate is definitely needed, but the filling is delicious. Everyone should try :-)
Jennifer Leese @cook_2837048
These were amazing. Made them for my daughters best friends bday and it was a huge hit. I'll try dark chocolate for dipping next time.

Jjmami @cook_2850032

I MDE THESE N THEY WERE A BIG HIT AT MY BABY SHOWER!!!! My bf loves them.
I MDE THESE N THEY WERE A BIG HIT AT MY BABY SHOWER!!!! My bf loves them.
Justacookin @cook_2857154
I have always used semisweet choco to cover but am sure these are amazing with any chocolate. i am tempted for thenext batch to try a peanut butter cookie or something different. very good and always a hit!

Kristina @cook_2870360
My mom made these for Christmas & they were delicious! She used regular oreos with milk chocolate & yellow/white oreos with white chocolate. :cookie

Maplemum @cook_2896203
My daughter and I will make these again for a Christmas treat. We made them last year and really enjoyed them. Thanks for sharing :flower
Missmorgs @cook_2910372
Melting chocolate works way better and you can have fun with it because it comes in all differnt colors. Also, 10 oreos to 2 cups of cream cheese is alot. I always do one block of cream cheese to one package of oreos =^.^=
Missy.K @cook_2910494
I made these once before and they were good but I thought they were to strong flavored like cream cheese.... so I added a 1/2 cup powdered sugar and they are amazing!!!!!!!
Mo_bakerboy @cook_2911898
Love these! Tried them over the holidays and they were a big hit. So yummy.

Monks @cook_2914035
These were so good! I uses almond bark instead if white chocolaye, still cane out good! Thanks for sharing!
Mrsjmurph @cook_2918578
Greatest and easiest lil treat eva! My 10 and 5 year old helped. Drizzled semi-sweet chocolate ova them. White chocolate made them too sweet. Guys love these things! My husband and brother-n-law devoured them! We are making more today! :-P

Luis Fernando Hernandez @cook_2923182
I made this in my Culinary Arts Class but the ingredients were different. It was fun making it and it was tasty :)

Nae2302 @cook_2923855
I mean It sounds delicious but that's....like...hmmm your eating a ball of cream cheese pretty much 0_0

Pintl331 @cook_2941962
been making these since i was in middle school, has always been a huge hit! :gargamel

ReannonPhillip @cook_2951794
My boyfriend LOVED these for a surprise snack!! I'm so making these as a Christmas dessert for both our families! :ohyeaah =^.^=

SammaLamma @cook_2964984
terrible never EVER making this again, first it was too sweet, then a giant ball of sour hot cream cheese *-*

Seanje @cook_2969529
I dont like oreos but, for some reason I will make these treats for my family soon... BOOKMARKED :-)

Toffy @cook_3001388
This recipe should read: 1 package (regular size and normal filling, not double filling) and 1-8 ounce block cream cheese. this is best if done in a food processor to get the crumbs as fine as possible. Then add chunks of softened cream cheese to the processor and mix very well. Form into 1" balls, freeze for 1 hour then dip in chocolate. The recipe listed is not correct. Google it.
Vrbertram @cook_3011647
Made them for my sis-in-law after her baby. Simple, fairly quick and she loved them.

abbyclarke_xo @cook_3024410
good recipe but I made oreo truffles, with literally just cream cheese and oreos! ml, Abby :-*
abrarhany @cook_3026378
sooooo tasty :-P will make it again sure but i had hard time melting the chocolate but its still yummy
adhirikaz @cook_3030198
da pic is tempting hav to try it out.my little boy wil love it as he is a choco lover ~(o.o)~

A Mayle @buster433
I make these every Christmas. I use a food processor to get them nice and smooth, and use white chocolate chips for the coating. Then I sprinkle them with Oreo crumbs, chocolate chip drizzle, or red or green sprinkles. SO good!!
alicksmeakin @cook_3047225
very sweet and tasty! I added some of the melted chocolate for the coating to my mixture. they tasted like cheesecake bites.
angie.olivo.165 @cook_3071021
super yumm!! added more oreos and powdered sugar to the cream cheese to get more of a cheesecake flavor.

archer1270 @cook_3082068
great to make with kids, I made these with my 4 year old brother and he loved it ~(o.o)~

ashima @cook_3087921
Amazing dessert...had made it for the new year party...everyone just loved it :ohyeaah
ashes0794 @cook_3087736
I thought these were great....just added a lot more oreos than said, but nonetheless yummy!

b.davis78 @cook_3099849
I used milk choc and semi sweet choc instead of white, regardless, it was amazing! :ohyeaah
balcock14 @cook_3103901
I used twice the amount of Oreo---double stuffed and half the cream cheese--low fat. dark chocolate was yummy. easy to make. great from the freezer.

brandy_monoxide @cook_3139008
my family absolutely loved them, they were gone in 2 days. thanks!
brittanymarquardt @cook_3145551
recipe was amazing ! only thing is I would deff make sure you grind up the oreos ! brings the flavor out more
caitlinmcclelland @cook_3156066
made these with my cooking teacher before. we just put crushed Oreos on the top of the chocolate. we called them Oregon snowballs. :)
cherry 91 @cook_3186705
they're good. i used strawberry cream cheese, i think its better than the regular cream cheese

courtcourt18 @cook_3215733
Made these w my three year old she had so much fun! :) absolutely amazing too n im not huge on oreo cookies lol

Deanna O @cook_3245343
i like to use the almond bark so it holds together better, so I can make then bigger. the kids think theyre eating a choco tennis ball of goodness lol
excitedsnail639 @cook_3305782
Holy moly. These are tasty but the proportions are way off... I used 30 oreos and 3 packs of crean cheese, still too much cream cheese. I gave it three stars because 10 oreos for two packs of cream cheese is outrageous. Very rich. Will make again but different next time. :positive

Mallalucia @cook_3325307
Nice recipe...a lot of cream cheese though very rich. Put on top of a chocolate cake everyone loved them. Also used more oreos more then twice as much as called for :)
cnorstad @cook_3206555
my gandma made these all the time when i was a kid by far my favorite thing ever. but i put them in the frezer and eat them when you pull them out.
hellkitten @cook_3364686
recipe should say use 1 pkg oreos regular ones and add about a half cup of powdered sugar also you need more white chocolate to cover and I think it makes a lot more than 5 servings!
houseywife @cook_3374245
so yum and easy to make!loved them will be making these again for sure!

iMody @cook_3378336
Replaced the white chocolate wiz normal chocolate.. Put vanilla ice cream on it and cut some strawberry slices on itAmazing
jazlocke @cook_3409616
I have been making these for a few years. I often use yellow oreos and add flavor extract. one year lemon and used yellow wafers to coat. another year choc filled oreos with mint extract and dark choc wafers to coat. so fun to mix it up!

jenniferv @cook_3421400
just made them today for a wedding , hope everyone will love them! ~(o.o)~

jforrest @cook_3430542
I make these all the time.. I use a package of oreos and one 8oz package od cream cheese and dip them in the andys mints chips
kayleecaseface @cook_3484332
my husband and I make these for any event where invited to! they are always gone within 30 minutes of being put out! I personaly can't eat them anymore because I ate so many!
kellieanne @cook_3489983
great easy recipe that i make with my 3year old. also a new fav for us big kids too
lingeramanda1989 @cook_3552113
These are so good. I had to use more oreos than what it called for but they turned out perfect. :-)

lisainGa @cook_3554282
this was first submitted by oreo many years ago ,no one person invented it.so no one stole it from your friend. i have a copy of the original recipe somewhere.I've been making them for years and thid is the first time i have been on this site.

lizbenoit @cook_3557303
OMG melt in your mouth good my family loved these and eat ever last one!
lksmomma @cook_3558939
they were easy definantly more oreos than it called for and the hardest part was coating it the oreos and cream cheese was trying to melt in the white chocolate

loplopallie @cook_3562756
I used 2 eight oz packets of cream cheese and it turned out a little to cheesy but they were still delicious o_O
mandyfrmjersey @cook_3587725
To sweet. I have a family of 5 no one liked them. Way to much cream cheese
Amanda Oehler @cook_3586859
I've been making these for years! I love to use the mint Oreo cookies as well! always a big hit! :ohyeaah
megan3727 @cook_3614111
made these alot in the past. if you made and it had cream chesse in the middle, your fault for not mixing it correctly. ive always used just a little over half a pack of oreos, mixed well with cream cheese, use white chocolate bark melted, one covered in the white chocolate, drizzle milk chocolate on top to make more fancy. and i made the oreo balls about medium sized, not to small or large. wouldn't want to eat more than 2 because they do have a very rich flavor. :O

Melinda Shilling @cook_3617188
I make these all the time but I add a little powdered sugar and a package of dry instant vanilla pudding mix to the Oreos and cream cheese and I freeze the rolled Oreo balls before I dip them in chocolate. Makes it so much easier.

Melissa @cook_3617557
tried to make this. don't know what the hell I did wrong but dipping the balls in white chocolate didn't work. tried everything to melt the chocolate right, it just wasn't liquidly...and then the balls would start melting again. oh well threw everything out.

misty) @cook_3639800
calls for waaaaay to much cream cheese, i put 2 cups of cream cheese and had to add like 30 oreos. very good though:)
mrschief_of_control @cook_3659113
We just thought they were really gross. They were simple enough to make, but they tasted exactly like oreos, cream cheese and white chocolate. It did not become something new.

neciefarr @cook_3681682
i prefer them with semi-sweet chocolate. i make these for the holidays and everyone LOVES them. i use a whole package of oreos (5 of wich are crushed for a topping) 1 package of cream cheese, and 2 boxes of bakers brand semisweet melting chocolate =)
nickmeijnen @cook_3688613
dont know why you people cant make this tasting cause me and a lot of others have nothing else but great things to say about them, if i were you i would say just keep trying!

pridenike @cook_3740119
my family loved it. i believe a little addition of mint would make it even better :-)
pwood486211 @cook_3745316
Imade these two years ago and many of the schools and my husbands shop (USCG) Loved them a must make every season B-)

randy_bottoms @cook_3754809
my truffles didn't look that great, but they tasted really delicious.

riahashley @cook_3768910
I've made these since I was a little girl! One box of oreos and a block of cream cheese. I personally don't like the white chocolate with them though
rosiexX @cook_3784714
nice, but could only have to as if was way to cheesy. Might try a pack of oreos instead and a 250th pack of cream cheese. Thanx a lot :-P

rottentreats @cook_3785200
should be a whole pack of oreos and not just 10, but these are delicious! :cookie
ruby dooby @cook_3788493
yummmmm! I love these Apollo much! my older sister made these and we ate the whole batch in one go! there went her diet plan!! LOL

shaethelioness @cook_3823303
I just made some with my kids and it was fun. will definitely make again. thanks for sharing. :cookie

shoopie38 @cook_3838250

sky101 @cook_3847282
omg i made these tonight for the kids i was baby sitting and they said to there mom to give me a raise and she did thank u for putting the recipe on the computer got $20 exrta :cookie

smartzz @cook_3850043
these are awesome. try putting the oreos in the blender to get them finer. also white choclate and almond bark are the same thing to any having confusion. also try milk choclate with peanut butter cookies!!

slopez0357 @cook_3849069
I tried making this it was easy. I used 16 Oreos and 1 block of cream cheese, had left over chocolate. Wont taste them till my husband gets home.
K Ward @cook_3865496
A huge hit with a couple adjustments... I doubled the amount of Oreos, added a handful of of chocolate chips to cream cheese mixture for a yummy chocolate crunch and I used white chocolate chips for the candy coating. The chips melted faster and provided a great coating. To add decorative sprinkles or chocolate chip topping, brush the tops one at a time and add the sprinkles before the coating hardens. Delicious!!
swimmingzebra @cook_3884475
These are good however I found the recipe not very descriptive at all! I think the balls need to be really small or else you get a very strong taste of cream cheese. Its almost like you need more oreos.

twrigsby @cook_3935175
I made these with Nestle's semi-sweet chocolate chips and they turned out as a great and simple treat! I will definitely make these again in the near future :nod

wanderingsoul @cook_3956762
I made those today for a pot luck dinner with friends and everyone loved them. I did add a ton more oreos than the recipe says. I added a total of 33 oreos for 16 ounces of cream cheese. It also took me about 3 1/2 bars of chocolate.
waterman @cook_3957715
I'm not sure if other people's truffs were coming out heavy on the cream-cheese-tasting side if things, mine were. So I added extra Oreos, sugar, vanilla, and melted dark chocolate (i used dark chocolate instead of white chocolate for dipping as well) to the mixture. I thought they turned out better than my first batch.

wss @cook_3968929
good...used white almond bark 2 coat...added chocolate sprinkles on top...taking some 2 my moms Christmas B-)
