I made this today and followed the recipe closely and it didn’t turn out very nice.. not sure if it’s missing some ingredients

Not so successful I'm afraid. Instead of being a nice curry sauce, it ended up as a white, runny liquid.
It never did thicken after quite some time simmering & it didn't have the delightful flavour I'm used to. No stars.

Hey, I have made it, and I thought it was delish! Yes it took a while to cook down / reduce, but what Roti sauce doesn't? It takes time for the flavors to mesh. I love this recipe!!
