Cook shells to aldente

Dice and sautéed onion in butter until carmelized

Preheat oven to 350°F

Warm up mashed potatoes and season well. Combine onions and potatoes

Put 2-3 tablespoons in each shell. And line up in lightly greased 9 x 13 baking dish.

Sprinkle cheese evenly over stuffed shells.

Bake uncovered until cheese is bubbling and shells heated through, approximately 20-30 minutes.
