Wash and pat dry this chillies. Make a straight cut in the middle of green chilly

In a mixing bowl take this green chilly, coriander powder, curd and salt.Mix them well.Rest it whole night.

Next day take out this chilly from the curd and soaked them in sunlight for 3 to 4 days.They will be pat dry.

Just like this.We can store it through out the year and when ever we want it just fry in hot oil.
