Very simple recipe great as side dish.

I got this recipe from meal lime. It was a hit with my family, but we did tweak it slightly.

I learned this salad by my self.It was really good and it was very light this is something that a person needs for a slight hunger :)

I have harvest my freah tomatoes and cucumbers 🥒 in my backyard I prepare a healthy salad for lunch time,and i have left over beetroot,I prefer to add also.

My mum loves salads, recently I make her salads every other day for breakfast and she said this one was exceptionally good so I decided to share the recipe.

The only thing i do differently on the recipe is i use one large seedless cucumber, around 12" and omit the tomatoes. Very tasty side dish, enjoy!
