The temperature must be wrong. 190 is too low. I still had milk visible. I raised the temp and am still cooking this 5 minutes at a time to get the milk absorbed. Anybody else got a better recipe for bread pudding?

The temperature shows 190 celcius which is 375 degrees farenheit. Check your fryer settings and adjust accordingly. Yum.
