This looks wonderful! It must be so good with all that white wine ;) We don't have cream of mushroom soup around here... do you think just some milk or cream would would work in place?

You can substitute 3/4 cup of heavy cream in place of the cream of mushroom soup. You may however need to add a few TBS of corn starch or flour to thicken the sauce. Thanks for the question and thanks for following!
