Very cool! Does the buttermilk have the same 'tangy' taste or is that only cultured buttermilk?

It has more of a "buttery" taste. Because its from ultra pasteurized cream. Raw milk with the cream from a cow would taste the best. Now you can add a little lemon to it add it will have that dang. This is true for a quick makeshift buttermilk adding lemon to normal milk; doesn't taste as great though.

I see! thanks for the advice. I'll give it a try. I wish I could get my hands on some raw milk!
