My mom adds 1/2 a spoon of a lemon's zest as flavoring. So don't through the peel ! :)

i never liked tabbouleh until i lived outside lebanon... then i started missing it.
it is an amazing salad, really. You can have it as a full meal for dinner... delicious with lettuce leaves.
I have never prepared it, but this recipe looks easy i will give it a try and let you know!!
